Roti with Cabbage Egg Burji…..An easy side dish to go with rotis or chapatis..
Here i have included cabbage to our regular burji so that the pungent smell of cabbage is balanced with eggs ..
Heat pan add oil,add onion chopped, Greenchillis finely chopped saute this awhile add tomato, fry till tomatoes are soft add turmeric pwd, salt, chilly pwd,dhania pwd nd jeera pwd saute well add cabbage (finely chopped lengthwise )saute this for a minute add in eggs give a good mix and cook till dry…..garnish with chopped coriander leaves
*cabbage and onion must be same in qty
