    Paneer Burji a perfect recipe for paneer lovers or even a non paneer lover, …
   This is so easy and quick recipe which is just perfect side dish to roti,chapatis…..
You can even use this as a filling for wraps, rolls or even for stuffing inside paratha  (paneer paratha )..
   This can even be used for stuffing  inside samosas,can use for filling inside sandwiches …..overall a all purpose recipe and will help you cook many dishes..


•1 cup paneer grated or crumbled
•1/4 cup fresh peas or frozen
•1 medium onion finely chopped
•1 Tomato finely chopped
•1chopped greenchilles (optional )
•1/2 tsp gingergarlic paste
•1/2 tsp turmeric
•1 tsp chilly powder(add to taste)
•1/2 tsp cumin powder
•1 tsp dhania powder
•1 /2 tsp garammasala powder
•1/2 tsp cumin seeds
•1 tsp kasuri methi
•3 tsp chopped coriander leaves
•1 tblsp oil
•1 tsp lime juice  (optional )


▪ Heat kadai add oil, heat well add Jeera, let this pop
▪add onions and peas fry well till peas are soft
▪Add gingergarlic paste saute well
▪Add greenchilles, dry powders saute well till raw smell disappears
▪add tomatoes saute well till soft now add paneer fry till everything gets mixed well
▪Switch off flame
▪Add coriander leaves and kasuri methi  mix and your burji is ready to taste
▪lime juice is optional, if necessary add,I didn’t add here,as we like our burji to be spicy…
