A very easy and quick soup which can prepared very fast if u have spinach in your pantry…….As we all know spinach is a very good source of green leafy veggies which is rich in iron, proteins, nutrients…
So here is one more healthy and easy recipe using palak or spinach in the form of soup,…..a yummy filling soup
(makes 2-3 medium bowls)
•1 bunch washed and chopped spinach leaves(I have used its steam also as they where very tender)
•3-4 flakes peeled garlic
•1 medium chopped onion
•1 medium boiled potato cut into cubes
•1 tblsp butter
•Salt nd pepper according to taste
•fresh cream for garnishing( it’s optional)
▪Heat a sauce pan add butter melt a little add garlic,onions saute this awhile add potatoes and palak fry this till onions are translucent……
▪cool this and make puree out of it….
▪Remove this to a container, add water 2-3cups(if its thick can add more) boil well add pepper and salt as per taste ▪add generous amount of cream for garnishing……
▪enjoy this hot….
