MIXED SPROUT BIRYANI…….This is just fabulous recipe to make our kids eat sprouts in the form of biryani, for this they will never say no…
Actually sprouts if eaten raw is very benificent to us, just eat this in the way of salads…..but it’s very difficult to make kids eat salads so this recipe is just perfect for them and also for mom’s like us …
A easy ,delicious recipe that is loaded with lots of proteins is as follows…

•1 tblsp oil
•1 tblsp ghee
• 3 1/4 cup water(approx)

For grinding masala ( fine paste )
•2 tblsp coconut grated
•1 greenchilly
•1 piece ginger

▪ Wash mixed sprouts lightly under running water lightly, don’t put pressure to wash this
▪wash rice and keep aside for 15 minutes in a stainer so that water drains completely
▪Heat pressure cooker, add oil +ghee heat this
▪Add sliced onions fry pinkish
▪Add in slit green chillies, tomatoes, fry awhile
▪Add ginger garlic paste fry till raw smell disappears
▪Add all chopped leaves like methi ,Pudina, coriander leaves fry till a good aroma

▪Serve this with cucumber Raitha

A twist to our regular raitha,I have used  curds only to toss and coat the cucumber and onions…
•2 tblsp curds
•1 cucumber  chopped
•1 small onion chopped
•Few springs coriander leaves chopped

•Salt to taste
•A pinch sugar
METHOD….First beat curds well, add chilly powder, sugar, salt beat well add other ingredients mix and serve..
