GREEN CHUTNEY / MINT CHUTNEY -2

Green Chutney….A handy chutney to spread with butter or mayonnise on sandwiches, dosas,chapatis or serve with  samosas /cutlets/Aloo bonda/vada pav/…or simply use in chaats……… I always keep this ready for my son’s snacks…This can be stored for a week but I advice to make fresh and enjoy…This chutney does wonders in your kitchen….A super easy and quick all purpose green chutney recipe is as follows

INGREDIENTS

•1 cup mint /pudina leaves
•2 tbsp coriander/dhania leaves
•3-4 greenchilles
•3/4 tsp sugar
•1 tsp lime juice
•1/4 tsp chat masala (optional )
•Salt as necessary

METHOD

▪ Grind all together with little water to fine paste and use in preparation

NOTE
* you can lightly wilt greenchilles in oil and use..
*when using on bread spread butter,then use for smooth spreading
*Mint mayyo dip….mix mayonnaise with chutney and spread on bread and see the magic…or use this as a dip to any kabab or French fries…
