     A healthy way of having noodles with leftover chapati and lots of vegetables…..
     Most of kids love noodles,so this noodles is a better option to make them eat veggies along with wheat CHAPATI….
    Regular noodles are made of refined flour and not a good option for daily consumption ,but this noodles tastes equally good and we can have this without any hesitation ….. Here instead of regular noodles i have used leftover chapati’s cut into long thin strips using a kitchen siccors and used this along with veggies and some sauces in it…..
the recipe i followed is as under


•4 cooked chapati
•1medium onion sliced
•1/2 cup shredded carrots
•1 medium capsicum shredded
•1/2 cup shredded cabbage
•2 bulbs onion with greens(spring onions)chopped
•1 greenchilly slit
•1 tsp pepper powder
•1/2 tsp soyasauce
•1 tblsp tomato ketchup
•Salt little as chapati’s have in it
•1/2tsp gingergarlic paste
•1 tblsp oil
•5 flakes garlic peeled and chopped finely


▪First cut chapati’s into strips with the help of a kitchen siccor


▪Heat a thick bottom kadai add oil,add garlic fry golden ▪Add onion,carrots,greenchilles fry all in high flame for 2 min
▪Add gingergarlic paste,fry for a second
▪Add sauces and pepper powder mix properly
▪Add capsicum,cabbage,spring onions salt fry this well for a while
▪Now add thin strips of chapati’s give a good mix, check salt and your chapati Noodles is ready to eat….

*I have used more carrots nd cabbage
*don’t cook vegetables till soft let it be crunchy,if vegetable are crunchy then only this noodles tastes perfect…
