This is a popular sindhi breakfast recipe,where the leftover rotis,chapati’s are used in a tangy ,spicy semi gravy….
   This is very delicious and healthy,……I am in love with this recipe,whenever chapati’s prepared in night or morning are excess I am not worried,… my breakfast or dinner is this simple easy and instant Seyal Bread…..


•2  medium sized leftover chapati/roti
•2 medium tomatoes
•1 medium onion chopped
•1 greenchilly slit
•5 cloves garlic peeled nd crushed
•1 tsp Jeera/cuminseeds
•1/2 tsp turmeric
•1 tsp chilly powder
•4-5 curryleaves
1 tblsp oil
•3/4 cup water
• 1 tblsp coriander leaves chopped


▪Roughly chop chapati’s into pieces and keep aside
▪Heat kadai or pan add oil,garlic ,jeera when it pops add curryleaves ,onions ,greenchilles ,fry awhile till onions are translucent
▪now add in tomatoes fry well till  tomatoes are mushy
▪add all dry powders fry for a minute
▪add water boil this
▪Add pieces of chapati and mix well till chapatis are evenly coated with masala(if you feel dry can add water to bring it to semi dry consistency)
▪ garnish with coriander leaves
▪serve immediately…..tastes yummy

*if done with stale chapati’s, it tastes yum
*other method of preparing this is grinding blanched tomato,garlic and coriander leaves
*TIP when tomatoes are added add a pinch of salt so that tomates become soft and mushy soon…
