BEETROOT RAITHA

BEETROOT RAITHA ….have you tried this…still not then must give this a try 🙂 must say a delicious raitha recipe…
   Enjoy this with white rice / spicy masala rice….

Ingredients
•1 medium beetroot peeled and chopped finely
•1 -2 greenchilly chopped(according to spice level)
•2tsp corianderleaves chopped
•1/4tsp mustard seeds
•4-5 curryleaves
•1tsp oil
•1medium onion chopped
•1cup yogurt/curds (well beated)

METHOD
▪heat kadai add oil, when heated add musturd when it start popping add curry leaves,greenchilles, fry awhile add beetroot, salt,give a good stir add water close lid and cook till beetroot is cooked (if its little cruncy also tastes good)
▪cool this well ,now add raw onions,coriander leaves, curds mix well and enjoy with any rice dishes..
