Enjoy this with chutney / ketchup / chutney powder anything that you like … Tastes best with anything
You can even top it with generous amount of grated cheese ,Kids will love it ❤,instant cheesy pizza gets ready 😃…
But I suggest this dosa to have occasionally as refined flour (maida)is used which is not good for health,you can substitute it with gramflour or wheat flour but taste varies 😊…
• 1 cup maida (refined flour)
• 1 tbsp gramflour
• A pinch turmeric
• 1/2 tsp chilly powder
• 1 tsp Jeera
• 1 big tomato chopped
• 1 medium onion chopped
• 1 small grated carrot (opt)
•1 tblsp grated coconut (opt)
• 1 greenchilly finely chopped
• Few chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves
• Water for making batter
• oil or ghee
▪Mix all ingredients together to a batter not very thin nor thick in consistency , rest this for 5 minutes
▪if you find the batter thick ,you can add little water to get correct consistency ..
▪ Heat dosa griddle spread dosa batter drizzle oil or ghee, close lid cook on medium flame till bottom is cooked
▪flip dosa and cook till golden brown spots apper
▪serve with ketchup/ chutney/chutney powder or can be enjoyed as it is…
▪if you like add grated cheese and serve..
*This is not a healthy option but occasionally ok because it doesn’t need grinding or fermentation its an instant dosa….
*tastes yummy when done on medium flame and when hot ..
*one can substitute maida with wheat flour or gram flour tastes differ.
