Lazy morning breakfast……Tomato Dosa/Tomato omlette….a quick easy recipe made instantly.
   Enjoy with chutney or ketchup for kids top it with lots of cheese…kids cheesy pizza gets ready…
  But I suggest this dosa to have occasionally as refined flour is used which is not good for health,you can substitute it with gramflour or wheat flour but taste varies…

•1cup maida (refined flour)
•1tbsp gramflour
•A pinch turmeric
•1/2tsp chilly powder
•1 tsp Jeera
•1big tomato chopped
•1 medium onion chopped
•1 small grated carrot (optional )
•1greenchilly finely chopped
•Few chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves
•Water for making batter
•oil or ghee

▪Mix all ingredients together to a batter not very thin in consistency , rest this for 5 minutes
▪if you find the batter thick can add little water to get dosa batter consistency ..
▪ Heat dosa griddle spread dosa batter drizzle oil or ghee, close lid cook on medium flame till bottom is cooked
▪flip dosa and cook till golden brown spots apper
▪serve with ketchup or chutney…
▪if you like add grated cheese and serve

*This is not a healthy option but occasionally ok because it doesn’t need grinding or fermentation its a instant dosa….tastes yummy when fried on medium flame and when hot..
