Those who are finding a easy, quick ,spicy ,delicious and quick fish masala fry, here is it.. don’t miss to try this mouthwatering recipe…..
I was having this masala fry in some manglore local restaurant but was never getting that taste when I was preparing at home but finally I have found a recipe nearing to it not exactly like theirs but tastes heavenly…
I have tried preparing fish masala fry in different ways by grinding, or some times even prepared using powders but this one is simple and ultimate and very quick….

(Here I am sharing recipe for 2medium sized pomfret)

•2 tblsp everest tikkalal chilly powder
•1tblsp limejuice
•Tamrind paste a small gooseberry seed size
•1/2tsp gingergarlic paste
•1tsp Turmeric powder
•1tblsp oil
•1tblsp ghee
•Lemon wedges
•Coriander leaves for garnishing

▪ wash fish and give slits
▪Marinate this with limejuice, salt and turmeric-1/2tsp for a hour or so
▪Now heat a pan add oil and ghee
▪Add chilly powder, turmeric let it fry till chilly powder changes its colour to dark red
▪Now add tamarind paste, gingergarlic paste mix well add fish ,salt(add only if necessary)
▪add little water allow this to cook
▪Now turn other side and cook till roast
▪Garnish with coriander leaves
▪Serve with lemon wedges, as its very spicy

* cook this on low to medium heat…
* I always use Everest tikkalal chilly powder in my recipes, if you want you can increase or decrease the amount of chilly powder and tamrind paste or limejuice ,it depends on individual taste
*I have used Dabar Hommade Tamarind paste
