This is simple tea time snack usually prepared with leftover idlis….
•chilly powder to sprikle on idlis
•oil or ghee to drizzle
▪ if idlis are thick slice them to halves
▪sprinkle desired amount of chilly powder both sides of idlis
▪Heat dosa tava or any pan add oil or ghee say a tblsp spread and fry idlis on low to medium heat till roast outside
▪Enjoy with tea or coffee..
* I always use Everest tikkalal chilly powder in my recipes as it gives good colour and spicyness to the recipe…
