Broccoli used in salads, soups ,dips.…here I have made it more tasty using in pulav..
Soya chunks as we all know this is the one which is a complete power pack……a very good food for vegetarians….soya chunks are made from soya beans….
Soya chunks as all the nutritional values similar to that of meat…
Soya chunks are rich in calcium, iron, and low in carbohydrates….
So include soya chunks daily in your diet in different forms….
Here I have used both broccoli and soya chunks together in 1 recipe….so this is a complete nutrional food …..

•1cup broccoli florets
•1cup soya chunks
•1cup long grained rice or normal rice
•1medium onion sliced
•2 tomatoes chopped
•1star anise(flower/chakra moogu)
•1/4 tsp turmeric
•Salt to taste
•1tsp shah jeera
For making a paste
( Grind all below items to fine paste)
•2greenchilles (or less according to your liking)
•1cup coriander leaves
•10 flakes garlic
•1/2tsp pepper corns
•1 piece cinnomon
▪wash broccoli in warm water with salt
▪Wash rice and then soak for 15min
▪Soak soya chunks in warm water so that it puffs well
▪ Boil 2cups of water
▪Now heat cooker pan add oil, ghee
▪When heated add shahjeera, bayleaf and star anise saute awhile
▪Add onions above paste fry well then
▪add tomatoes soya chunks(drain water and squeeze excess water from it and then use) ,broccoli fry well add turmeric mix well
▪Add boiling water, salt
▪Rice (drain water and use)
▪Check salt add lime juice and close lid and take 2whistles….
*can be done using any vegetables with same procedure
*only soya chunks can be used or with soya and green peas can be used…
*I had lots of broccoli laying in fridge so made with it..
