This is a easy stirfry prepared with bhindi/bhendi/okra/ladyfinger using pepper and lots of garlic crushed….☺

I learnt this recipe from my mother in law ….Very delicious in taste and easy to make goes perfectly well with dal rice or rasam rice or even curd rice….

Tastes aswesome if okras are tender and peppers are freshly crushed 😋..

i love the aroma of garlic getting fried in oil,its just wow….If someone who wont like garlic can try using mustard and curry leaves for no onion no garlic recipe…
With just 3 ingredients you can prepare this spicy pepper fry from this vegetable….

•1/2 kg  tender bhendis
•11/2 pod Garlic (15 flakes)
•1/2 tsp turmeric
•1 tblsp tsp fredhly crushed pepper (or use according to your taste)
•2 tblsp Oil

▪ wash okra then wipe it a clean kitchen towel then cut each okra into two pieces.

▪Peel garlic and then crush…

▪Take a thick bottom pan /iron kadai add oil heat well

▪ add crushed garlic, let it stand for awhile till truns golden then add turmeric, salt, pepper powder mix then add okra mix well so that pepper coats okras well…

▪cook on medium to low flame closed for 15 min

▪Dont add water in any stage

▪keep stirring occasionally, cook till okras sink and get roasted .. ( if it is little burnt in texture it tastes awesome)…

*Tastes best when done in iron kadai…

*don’t add water while cooking bhendis

*For no onion no garlic days , first add mustard seeds followed by few curry leaves and 1 broken dry red chilly then follow above steps and cook..

*tastes good with curdrice/sambar rice/rasam rice/dal rice..
