Cheese every childs favourite, isn’t it? Now adays children are so fussy they wont like to have vegetables in their daily deit….. so I do this way to make my kids have vegetables like capsicum , carrots… what ever vegetable you add with cheese is simply loved by them without any question …… this recipe is quick,easy and delicious ….this can be given  in their lunch box as snacks or can have them in the evening after school time…
   Even we can have ” 4 C Toast”… but for weight watchers is not advisible as this is a rich with cheese and butter…
If u have one ‘4 C toast’ feel like having onemore…try this out friends…


Bread sliced into triangles-5
Mozzarella cheese -1cup grated (or you can use according to your requirements more or less)
1tblsp coriander leaves chopped
2tblsp American sweet corn
2tblsp finely chopped capsicum
1small greenchilles chopped finely
A pinch pepper powder
2pinch salt
Butter accordingly
Oregano for  taste (optional )


▪first in a bowl add cheese,corn,greenchilles, coriander leaves capsicum, salt, pepper mix all well…
▪now spread butter on one side of bread and top the other side with cheese mixture librally..
▪heat a tava on very low flame and keep the bread slices and close the lid for few seconds…its done when all the cheese gets melted, follow the same procedure with other bread slices also serve this sprinkled with oregano…

* you can half boil corn and use , I have not boiled I love it little crunchy
*can add coloured capsicum like red, yellow, green altogether 2tblsp
*can add carrots, onions, tomatoes also
*for better results use mozzarella cheese only
