This is a quick recipe made when no items found in kitchen or when you feel lazy or even when unexpected guests are around . This is so simple that you can prepare in a jiffy, less ingredients..serve this with simple dal , rasam,rice..


•5 boiled eggs cut into halves
•2 medium onions sliced
•1tsp gingergarlic paste
•2/3pod spring onions chopped finely (optional )
•1 chopped greenchilles
2tsp pepper powder
•1/2 tsp green chilli sauce
•1/2tsp soya sauce
•1tsp corn flour
•3tsp oil
•2tblsp Coriander leaves chopped

▪give slits to eggs or cut them into halves
▪Heat a wok add oil, add onions, greenchilles fry on high flame for 3-4 minutes, now turn flame on medium ▪add gingergarlic paste fry add salt,  pepper powder,soya sauce, chilli sauce and cornflour mix well ▪add boiled eggs, coriander leaves & spring onions mix carefully so that eggs don’t break and gets coated well with masala
▪ add little water, cook on high flame with closed lid so that it becomes dry and eggs absorb salt and all other spices…
▪enjoy with rice or as starter..
