This is also same as aamras only thing is we add hung curd to this , its a side sweet dish with puris…this is nothing but a smoothie can also be served as a dessert in small quantities….recipe is given below
▪2 ripe mango pulp
▪1cup hung curd
▪1-2tsp sugar according to you taste
▪1/2tsp cardamom powder
Blend all the above mentioned ingredients and serve this yummy mango srikhand..
*I have mentioned how to prepare hung curd in my previous recipe while preparing mango lassi..
*srikhand can also be prepared without mango pulp, but add a pinch of kesar strings to it..
