This is a perfect drink for summer, a thick mango lassi prepared using hung curd….can also call this as a mango smoothie.
INGREDIENTS
▪1cup mango pulp (ripe one)
▪1cup hung curd
▪1/2 cup milk
▪2-3tsp sugar
▪Few ice cubes
METHOD
Blend all in a blender then serve in a glass …enjoy this thick lassi cold..
*hung curd can b prepared by tieing curds in a muslin cloth overnight hanged to a tap in such a way that all the water in curds are drippedout and the remaining thick extract inside muslin cloth is called hung curd..
