This is a Authentic konkani gojju prepared using raw boiled mango pulp..this is served cold with hot rice..
1 raw mango boiled
2 greenchilles crushed
Salt as per taste
1pod garlic crushed
1-2broken dry red chillies
First mix raw mango pulp, salt, crushed greenchilles and jaggery well to a thick paste consistency then to this give a tempering of above mentioned ingredients ..
*this should be served thick..
*no heating required
*can be served like a side dish also..
*this can also used as a drink but need to dilute this to thin consistency and give a tempering of oil mustard, hing, curry leaves and red chillies broken…
