This is prepared from raw boiled mangoes and fresh pudina leaves,its a refreshing drink tastes good when chilled..
2 Raw mangoes(I have used thotapuri)
1cup full of pudina or 2 fistful..
2 tblsp sugar
11/2tsp roasted jeera
Wash mangoes and cut roughly and add this to cooker with a glass of water and take 3-4 whistles…cool it and remove and add to blender without its seeds blend to smooth paste with all the above mentioned ingredients and grind , now stain this using a stainer (with the help of remaining water in cooker)…now store this pulp in a bottle or airtight container…use when required
Add required amount of pulp in a vessel add blacksalt, sugar,black pepper mix well add chilled water all according to your requirements and enjoy this marvelous drink…
*you can also alter sugar to jaggery while serving
