All love prawns isn’t it? Here is a quick recipe for all sea food lovers…. this recipe is a good starter, side dish…. you all will just love it….
1 kg tiger prawns
1cup curry leaves
1medium sized onion chopped
5/6 flakes garlic chopped
1 tblsp lime juice
1tsp gingergarlic paste
1-2tsp chilly powder
1tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2tsp garammasala powder
*First marinate prawns for 30min..with the mentioned items above..
*Heat kadai add oil add washed and dried curryleaves fry awhile till crisp then remove this on a plate and make powder out of this using mixer.
*Now in the same pan with remaining oil (after removing curryleaves)add onions fry on high flame till transperent then add garlic fry till a aroma then add marinated prawns fry awhile add curryleaves powder fry add water1/4glass fry all on high flame till roast….
*note prawns will cook fast.
*vegetarians can add boiled potatoes, mashrooms, babycorn…
