This recipe doesn’t need much time for preparation ..prepare and have it….my families favourite recipe..
1 loaf bread (preferably milk bread)
1big onion chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
1/2tsp gingergarlic paste
2 tblsp oil
Coriander leaves for garnishing
*herebi have used 1full bread loaf you can use according to your need..
*you can reduce the quantity of chillies and add chilly powder
*cut bread into pieces and keep aside
*beat eggs with chilli powder-1/2tsp and salt
Heat a big kadai add oil, add mustard let it splutter then add jeera, curryleaves fry till a aroma comes then add gingergarlic paste fry add greenchilles and onions chopped fry till pinkish then add tomatoes fry well add garammasala powder (u can add chilly pwd at this timr if u are using ) fry then add eggs mix 1min add 1/4glass water keep mixing for 2 min add bread ,coriander leaves mix well so yhat each bread is coated …serve hot
TIP- YOU CAN USE ANY BREAD BUT MILK BREAD TASTES FANTASTIC
