Hey guys this saucy vermicelli existed while preparing our normal vermicelli for breakfast…. I am sure all of will love this version of preparing vermicelli…I enjoyed this eating hot hot..do try and share your opinion….
1 cup MTR vermicelli (wheat)
1/2tsp urd dal
1 medium onion chopped
3spring coriander leaves chopped
1tsp quality noodle masala
Salt according to taste
Heat a kadai add oil, add mustard let it splutter then add jeera, urd dal, channadal fry till light red in colour then add onions Curry leaves and greenchilles fry till onions are pinkish (for a crunch in onions) add Mtr vermicelli fry a few seconds add noodle masala for a second then add water boil well add salt, coriander leaves mix and cook till vermicellis are cooked serve this when semi dry…enjoy this hot hot..
