  We all try in many ways, this is again version of it…A friend of mine had given the recipe, very tasty and delicious recipe thanks to her..I am posting recipe here so that all of you can prepare and enjoy this healthy appos..

INGREDIENTS

•1cup dosa rice
•3/4 cup moong dal
•4 greenchilles
•1 carrot grated
•3 springs coriander leaves chopped
•1spring curryleaves chopped
•1″ginger chopped
•1tsp jeera
•salt according to taste

METHOD

▪Soak rice, moongdal,  together for 2 hours then grind this with greenchilles to a smooth thick batter. ▪ferment this for 6 hours then to this add grated carrot, salt, curryleaves, coriander leaves, ginger mix well …see the consistency if too thick can add water but batter should be thick like iddli batter…
▪now heat paniyarakkal tawa add oil then pour a big spoonful of batter in each compartment close lid and cook both sides till golden (cook this in medium flame)…..
▪enjoy this with coconut chutney…
