Palak paneer is a north indian dish….which is served with rotis , butter naan…
As we all know palak is rich in iron and paneer being a milk solid rich in calcium..so all together palak paneer is full of nutrients…
I have tried so many types of Palak Paneer recipes but this is undoubtedly one of the best Palak Paneer recipe I have tried… This exactly tastes like restaurants…..I found this recipe from another blog…she says its a perfect recipe of palak paneer… and yes its a delicious recipe.. now I follow this recipe itself when ever I prepare” PALAK PANEER”
Try this delicious recipe..

INGREDIENTS

▪1 packet of paneer cut into cubes
▪2 bunch of palak
▪2 onions sliced
▪3 tsp melon seeds (optional )
▪8-10 cashewnuts
▪3-4 green chillies
▪2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
▪2 tomatoes roughly chopped
▪1/2 tsp  garammasala powder
▪3 tbsp fresh cream
▪1 tsp  kasurimeti
▪2 tsp oil
▪salt to taste

METHOD

▪Boil 2 sliced onion along with ,melon seeds(opt),green chillies cashewnut for 10 min or till the time onion turns tender and drain it and grind to a smooth paste and keep this aside.
▪Boil Palak in water for 10 min and then drain it and then put it in cold water so that it doesnt loose its colour,grind this to paste. ▪Heat oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste and fry till golden brown,
▪add the chopped tomatoes and fry till it gets mashed well.
▪Add the onion paste and fry till it leaves out oil
▪add the palak puree and mix it well and bring it to boil.
▪Now add the garam masala powder, kasurimeti and paneer lastly add fresh cream and serve with paratha, rotis, naan chappatis…

NOTE
*Here I have not used melon seeds but also tastes awesome
* you can even replace paneer with shallow fried potatoes fingers or cubes..
