   Are u bored of eating rice , gheerice, pulav, biryani then try this yummy spicy masala rice of mine.. no need of dals or curry serve with simple raitha..


1 cup basmathi rice or normal
1tsp ghee
2tsp oil
1″ cinnamon
3-4 cloves
3 cardamoms
5seeds black pepper
1tej patta
1tblsp gingergarlic paste
1tsp chilly powder
1tsp turmeric
1 tsp garammasala
1big onion
1cup pudina ,methi,coriander leaves (all together )
1tsp Lime juice


  Wash basmathi rice and soak for 30 min.
   Heat cooker add oil + ghee then add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, black pepper and tejpatta fry awhile then add onions sliced fry till brown then add gingergarlic paste fry well till aroma then add all powder spices fry well add all chopped leaves fry and add rice fry for 5min then add 11/2glass water boil add salt lime juice nd close lid and take 2 whistles….cool and serve with raitha..
