GOBI MANCHURIAN DRY

This is a all time favourite snack for all…For kids it’s favourite …easy and tasty….
You can even enjoy gobi fritter as it is without adding it to further cooking because when gobis are fried all most everything gets finished before it going to manchurian sauce 😂so prepare little more or else enjoy as it is..
The recipe is as follows…

INGREDIENTS

•2 cups Gobi/cauliflower florets or chunks
•1 tsp ginger garlic paste
•1tsp chilli powder (use kashmiri chilly powder for colour )
•11/2 cup Maida
•4 tblsp cornflour
•1 tsp ginger grated
•4 tblsp garlic flakes finely chopped
•2 tblsp coriander leaves chopped
•2 tblsp ketchup (i love sweetness or use as per your taste)
•1 tsp soya sauce
•2 tblsp Oil + for deep fry

METHOD

▪Prepare a batter of maida and corn flour with water to a dosa batter consistency.
▪To this add ½ tsp chilli powder ,ginger garlic paste and salt as per taste and mix well.
▪Heat oil for deep frying, heat well then lower the flame to medium
▪Dip gobi florets in this batter and deep fry till golden brown and crisp.
▪remove and keep on a tissue papper to soak excess oil
▪In a deep bottom kadai,add oil,add garlic chopped and fry till golden brown,now add ginger grated,saute awhile
▪Add tomato ketchup,soya sauce, chopped coriander leaves and remaining chilli powder and fry for 2 mins .
▪Finally add deep fried gobi florets and mix well till everything gets coats well..
▪Enjoy..

NOTE
* can use chopped green chillies, capsicum will frying masala…
