BABY CORN ROAST

This can be used as a starter
INGREDIENTS
1 pkt babycorn /8 pieces sliced nd cut into two
1 onion roughly chopped
1small capsicum roughly chopped
1tblsp pudina
1tblsp coriander leaves
1tsp black pepper
1″ginger
6flakes garlic
1tblsp cornflour
1greenchilly
1tblsp soya sauce 
Salt accordingly to taste
METHOD
Now grind to fine paste using greenchilles, pudina, coriander leaves, ginger,salt garlic, cornflour, soya sauce and black pepper .
   Heat pan add oil, onion capsicum,  babycorn fry on high flame for 5min then on medium flame add above paste with little water cook closed for 2-3 min then open lid and again on high flame fry well to make it dry….enjoy as a starter..
