INGREDIENTS

•15/20 CAULIFLOWER FLOWERETS
•1 MEDIUM ONION
•2 GREENCHILLES ACCORDING TO SPICINESS
•5 FLAKES GARLIC
•1INCH GINGER
•1 PIECE OF CINNAMON
•2/3 CLOVES
•1 TSP KUS KUS
•1/4  TSP JEERA
•1/2 TSP SHAI JEERA
•5 SEEDS BLACK PEPPER
•3 TBLSP CORIANDER LEAVES
•1 TBLSP PUDINA
•SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE
•1 TBLSP CASHEWNUT PIECES

METHOD

     ▪GRIND ALL TO FINE PASTE EXCEPT CAULIFLOWER AND CASHEWNUTS.
   ▪CAULIFLOWER BLANCHED IN HOT WATER WITH SALT AND TURMERIC.
▪DRAIN WATER FROM CAULIFLOWER AND MARINATE THIS IN ABOVE PASTE FOR 15 MINUTES.
▪ THEN IN A THICK BOTTOM PAN ADD THIS COOK ON HIGH FLAME WITH CLOSED LID FOR 5/6 MINUTES THEN LOWER THE FLAME AND COOK TILL DRY.
▪GARNISH WITH DRY ROASTED CASHEWNUT PIECES.(OPTIONAL )
