INGREDIENTS

•5/6 BOILED EGGS
•2 ONIONS SLICED INTO HALF
•3 TOMATOES CHOPPED FINELY
•1TSP GINGERGARLIC PASTE
•1/2 TSP EVEREST TIKKALAL •CHILLY POWDER ACCORDING TO TASTE
•1/2 TSP TURMERIC
•1 TSP DHANIA POWDER
•1 TSP PAVBHAJI MASALA
•1/2 TSP SUGAR
•2 TSP KASURI METHI
•2 TBLSP CORIANDER LEAVES CHOPPED
•2 TBLSP OIL
•SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE

METHOD

▪CUT EGGS INTO HALF OR ANY SHAPE THAT YOU DESIRE
▪HEAT PAN ADD OIL ADD ONIONS FRY TILL PINKISH
▪ADD GINGERGARLIC PASTE FRY AWHILE
▪ADD CHILLY POWDER, TURMERIC, SALT, PAVBHAJI MASALA AND DHANIA POWDER FRY ALL WELL
▪ADD TOMATOES COOK WELL TILL TOMATOES ARE JUCY
▪ ADD SUGAR, KASURI METHI, CORIANDER LEAVES FRY WELL AT THE END ADD EGG CHOPPED MIX AWHILE AND SERVE.
